  • Hours vary by service and event, but the Hub is typically open:

    Monday & Wednesday: 1:00-7:00pm

    Friday & Saturday 9 AM – 2 PM.

    Private bookings and events may extend beyond normal hours.

  • Absolutely. We encourage new clients and professionals to schedule a private tour to experience the Tewlz difference firsthand.

  • All bookings can be made online through our Tewlz Booking Portal. Simply select your desired service, date, and time. We will contact you within 24 hours.

  • Yes. We offer virtual consultations, skin analysis, and professional coaching sessions for beauty pros and clients.

  • Each space is designed for a professional-grade experience. Rentals include access to lighting, backdrops, furniture, and optional add-ons like esthetic equipment or media support.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own tools, supplies, and products to customize your brand. Or you can upgrade your booking to include Tewlz equipment and setup support.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking are fully refundable. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • Our podcast space features RØDE microphones, HD cameras, professional lighting, and mobile recording options. You’ll also have access to seating, décor, and background customization.

  • You can bring your own team, or book a Tewlz Tech Assist to manage recording, lighting, and audio for you.

  • Yes — the studio supports both podcasting and full video recording sessions, ideal for YouTube, interviews, or marketing content.

  • We host professional development courses, esthetic training, beauty business classes, and community events that celebrate Black and multicultural excellence in the industry.

  • Yes — educators and industry leaders are welcome to book our classrooms or deluxe spaces for workshops, photo shoots, or educational events.

  • Yes. Many of our professional education offerings include hybrid or fully online options, allowing flexibility for students everywhere.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment plans are available for some courses and rentals.

  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs within the approved window (48 hours prior). After that, deposits are credited toward future bookings.
